Warren Boley, Jr., is an Owner and Board Member of Boley Tool & Machine Works, Inc., a family company that has provided contract manufacturing for heavy equipment, mining, and oil/gas industries since 1963. He is also Senior Partner and Founder of Warton Investments, a family fund.

Boley is the former Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Norsk Titanium. Under his leadership, Norsk Titanium became the first company to put 3D printed structural titanium into production for The Boeing Company in the world’s first industrial-scale factory.

Prior to leading Norsk Titanium, Boley was the President of Aerojet Rocketdyne, where he was responsible for the integration of the two companies. One area of innovation that he promoted was the investment in hypersonic research and development, building on the successful X-51 program.

Boley was also the President of Military Engines for Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies Company. Accomplishments included the successful entry into production and service of the F119 and F135 engines for the 5th Generation F-22 and F-35 fighters, the performance-based logistics sustainment of the C-17 F117 engine, and engine selection for the Boeing KC-46 tanker.

Boley holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He participated in the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School. His professional associations include The Wings Club, The Air & Space Forces Association, and the Navy League of the United States.
