As Director of Network Engagement, Heather Townley builds, manages, and strengthens relationships with Challenger Learning Centers nationwide. In this role, she works to boost involvement, collaboration, and support for the organization’s mission by sharing best practices, fostering connections, and strengthening the network as a whole.
Before joining Challenger Center, Heather served as a director at Challenger Learning Center of Lake Erie West. Her professional background also includes experience as a gifted educator, personalized learning specialist, and manager of mentor programs, giving her a deep understanding of education, leadership, and learner-centered engagement.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education and a master’s certificate in Online and Blended Learning. She is a passionate believer in the power of education and is personally inspired by opportunities to ignite curiosity and inspire the next generation of thinkers and explorers.
